Over the past couple of weeks a rash of vehicle burglaries have been reported in Allen Parish. Several vehicle burglaries were reported to the Oberlin Police Department, the Kinder Police Department, the Coushatta Tribal Police as well as to the Allen Parish Sheriff's Office.

Yesterday Afternoon on the 30 of July, detectives with the Allen Parish Sheriff's Office located a vehicle fitting the description of a vehicle believed to be involved in the break-ins at a mobile home in the Highland Trailer park located on US hwy 165 across from the Coushatta Casino.

 

Detectives observed stolen property in plain view around the residence.  Search warrants were obtained for the residence as well as a travel trailer at another location with a large amount of stolen property recovered.

 

Arrested in the investigation:

Spencer K. Cronan DOB 03-22-1993

Blake Lynn Marcantel DOB 07-23-1994

Eric L. Marcantel DOB 08-09-1991

 

All 3 suspects lived in the residence at the Highland trailer Park. Detectives from all

four agencies are in the process of charging the suspects with multiple burglaries and thefts.
